The business, previously called Enrite Care, was founded by long-time colleagues Joseph Mercorella and Matthew English in mid-2017 with the mission of helping disability and aged care services digitally navigate the challenging environment of the NDIS and the government’s Home Care Package.
The co-founders had been contractors with the South Australian government when the National Disability Insurance Scheme came into effect in 2013, and saw the complexities it introduced for operators in the industry.
Lumary is built on top of the Salesforce customer relationship management platform and enables its users to access patient information in real time and from anywhere, manage their invoices and claim from various funding bodies, as well as manage their regulatory compliance obligations.
The business is on track to generate $20 million in revenue in the 2021 financial year and has 200 customers. It also employs more than 100 people and intends to grow its team to 150 by the end of the year.
